These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salonat’s mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and capacity requirements in your region. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated.
2. The Service
Salonat provides tools for private salons, introductions, and communication among participants. Features may change over time. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, safety, or legal reasons.
3. Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service — including harassment, fraud, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or distributing malware. Hosts and participants should treat others with respect and honor consent boundaries.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Salonat a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example showing your profile to people in your salon). You are responsible for content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
5. Matching and introductions
Introductions and matches are provided as a social tool. We do not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for interactions with other users offline and online. Use good judgment and report concerns through channels we provide.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salonat and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty dollars (USD), unless a jurisdiction does not allow such a cap.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Salonat against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate with counsel (placeholder). Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
